Information and purposes

The form collects your name, email address, optional phone number, area of interest and a description of the matter. We use this information to respond and take steps at your request before a possible engagement, under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. Protection against misuse is based on our legitimate interest in service security under Article 6(1)(f).

Do not send identification numbers, bank details, health information or other sensitive data through the form. Providing information is voluntary, but we need contact details to respond.

Access, providers and retention

Requests are accessible to authorised website administrators. Hosting and storage use OpenAI Sites / Cloudflare; administrator authentication uses Supabase. Technical providers process data within their services. Their policies provide information about their infrastructure and transfers.

Requests older than 180 days are removed from the website register at the next administrative access or form submission. If an engagement begins, information needed for the professional file is handled separately. Temporary anti-abuse identifiers expire after 24 hours and are cleared when the form is used.

Your rights

Subject to applicable conditions, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Send your request to the email address above. You may complain to ANSPDCP, Romania’s data protection authority. We do not make automated decisions with legal effects based on the form.

Cookies and website use

The website contains no advertising modules, audience analytics or marketing cookies. Administration uses cookies strictly necessary for authentication. Informational content does not replace a consultation. Sending the form does not confirm an appointment or establish an engagement.
